John Holdren, a science and technology policy expert, takes Crichton to task for claiming expertise in climate change science (LISTEN HERE) , and using it to attempt to influence policy. I’ve never read any of Crichton’s novels, but they seem to get more and more fictional. I like the idea of that dinosaur one though. Karl Pilkington did too - he suggested T. Rex might be brought back to ‘keep the population down’. Now there’s a _real_ comedian.
